Using this site

This website is provided for information about Arte Oro, its atelier and its services. You may view and print pages for your own use. The text, images, marks and designs on the site remain the property of Arte Oro Pte Ltd or their respective owners.

Bespoke commissions

Every piece is made to order. Descriptions, sketches and photographs on this site illustrate the kind of work undertaken; natural stones vary, and a finished piece may differ in colour or proportion from a screen image.

Prices, lead times and availability are given on enquiry and confirmed in a written quotation. A commission begins only once a design is approved and the agreed deposit is received.

Enquiries and appointments

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Appointments are subject to availability, and we may ask for further information before quoting.

Accuracy

We take care that the information on this site is accurate, but it is general in nature and may change. If something matters to your decision, confirm it with us directly.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
